Client Satisfaction Survey Results
We survey our clients regularly. See what clients have to say about us!
The surveys are given regularly to female and male clients following their first visit to the Center for a pregnancy test. The anonymous forms are deposited in a locked box in the waiting area.
Overwhelmingly, clients feel very comfortable; they get the information they seek, and they refer others to us for assistance. Interestingly, the client usually thought it was the right amount of time, no matter how long the client’s appointment ran.
2021 Results:
- 100% of respondents “agreed” or “strongly agreed” that the Center was easy to find.
- 98% of the clients responded that the hours met their needs.
- 98% of respondents described their length of visit as “just right” no matter how long they were here.
- 96% of respondents felt the Client Advocate/Mentor was “very caring” or “caring.” 4% felt “neutral” about their Client Advocate/Mentor.
- 100% of respondents would refer others to Pregnancy Center East for assistance.
- 97% of respondents either “agreed” or “strongly agreed” that they received the help they needed at the Center. 3% were undecided.
Our volunteers can be very proud of these results. Our Client Advocates and Mentors do extraordinary work for our clients, and it shows. Being on the front lines for life is not easy, but these wonderful volunteers are up for the challenge, and we thank them. -Laura Curran, Executive Director
